The harem anime The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You was a massive hit in Fall 2023, thanks to its eccentric characters and bizarre premise. After the first season concluded on December 24, 2023, the show was officially renewed for a second season. The exciting news was shared on the official X (formerly Twitter) account, accompanied by a promotional video and celebratory illustration.

The second season of 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is confirmed to be in production. Although an official release date has not been announced yet, speculation suggests season 2 could drop in the mid- or end of 2024.

These include Kurumi Haraga, a middle school student who gets irritable when she’s hungry; Mei Meido, who is a dutiful maid for Hanazono’s family; Iku Suto, a fanatical baseball player; Mimimi Utsukushisugi, obsessed with beauty; and Meme Kakure, a shy girl who enjoys knitting stuffed animals.
Adapted from Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa’s manga of the same name, which started serialization in Weekly Young Jump in 2019, The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You anime premiered in October 2023. The first season of the show ran for 12 episodes and is available to watch on Crunchyroll and Muse Asia’s YouTube channel.
