The much-anticipated action shonen anime, Wind Breaker, adapted from Satoru Nii’s manga of the same name, made its debut on April 5, 2024, and quickly captured viewers’ attention with its stunning animation and fight sequences.
The anime is about Haruka Sakura, a delinquent high schooler with a unique appearance. He enrolls at Furin High School, known for its brawlers who are heroes in their town. Unlike others, Haruka’s not aiming to become a hero; his sole goal is to be the top fighter in the school.
Renowned studio Cloverworks is animating this action-packed anime with Toshifumi Akai as the director. The first season of Wind Breaker is slated for a 13-episode run from April 5 to June 28. If you want to know the whole release schedule for the show, keep reading.
