The official website for Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles has revealed a new visual for the highly anticipated second season, featuring the gorgeous character Miharu Ayase.
Set to premiere in October 2024, this new installment comes after a three-year hiatus following the first season’s conclusion.

Release date and where to watch
Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles Season 2 is set to broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo, BS Fuji, and other stations in October 2024, though the exact date has not yet been announced.
The second season of the anime will stream internationally on Crunchyroll as part of its fall 2024 anime simulcast lineup.
The production team and cast
TMS Entertainment, known for its recent projects such as Undead Unluck, Don’t Toy with Me Miss Nagatoro 2nd Attack, and High Card, as well as their work on Seirei Gensouki Season 1, is returning to produce the upcoming season alongside WAO World.

Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles is a popular Japanese light novel series by Yuri Kitayama, illustrated by RIV, and was serialized online from February 2014 to October 2020 on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Hobby Japan later acquired the series and started publishing under the HJ Bunko imprint in October 2015.
The first season of Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles covered approximately the first three volumes of the light novel. Given this, the next season is expected to commence with Volume 4.
