Fans of the manga series Wistoria: Wand and Sword can rejoice, as its anime adaptation has been officially announced. The announcement was made on February 7, 2024, via the anime’s newly launched website. The site also debuted a teaser trailer for the show, highlighting the main characters and confirming a July 2024 release window.
Wistoria: Wand and Sword Anime Release Date
The Wistoria Wand and Sword anime will begin broadcasting on 28 TBS networks in July 2024. While the exact premiere date has yet to be announced, we’ll keep you updated as soon as it’s revealed.
A teaser visual was also unveiled for the anime, featuring the protagonists Will Serfort (who will be voiced by Kohei Am) and Elfaria Alvis Serfort (who will be portrayed by Akira Sekine).

The official X account for Wistoria: Wand and Sword has stated the series will have a stage event at AnimeJapan 2024. The special stage will be held on the BLUE stage on Sunday, March 24 from 4:20-4:50 PM JST and will feature Kohei Amasaki, Akira Sekine, and other cast members.
The anime adaptation of Wistoria: Wand and Sword is being produced by Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures. Tatsuya Yoshihara is directing the anime and also handling the series composition. Sayaka Ono is responsible for the character designs and animation direction, and Yuki Hayashi is in charge of the music.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword is a Japanese manga series written by Fujino Mori and illustrated by Toshi Aoi. It began serializing in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in December 2020 and currently has nine volumes out there.
